Parag is the Chief Risk Officer and Vice President - Program Management and Process Excellence at Bharti AXA General Insurance Co. Ltd. Parag is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA, US and Certified Fraud Examiner from ACFE, US. He is also the President of Bangalore Chapter of ACFE.

He has over 15 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Technology Risk Management, Information Security and Forensics, Fraud Investigations & Consulting. Parag is experienced in handling large programs including setting up of new business initiatives, Enterprise IT systems and companywide initiatives like ISO 9001/ISO 27001 certification, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery and Six Sigma implementation. Parag has worked with multinationals like AXA Group, Deutsche Bank Group, KPMG and Mahindra British Telecom.

Parag is the winner of the "Top 100 CISO Award" in 2012. He has written several articles in online and print media and is a regular speaker at industry forum and seminars. He was a keynote speaker at the World Cyber Resilience Congress 2014 held at Sydney, Australia.
