As the IT Director for South Asia, Sreekanth partners with the leadership teams of India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh, landing Global innovations and delivering IT Support for fuelling the Unilever's Growth agenda in the cluster.
His career spans 11 years in various IT functions of Unilever's India operations, which gives him in-depth exposure across Back End Supply Chain, Front End Supply Chain and Customer Development Operations.
In his previous roles, he has been responsible for managing end-to-end IT operations for about 3000 distributors and 15000 sales persons accounting for about 85% of overall HUL turnover. As the IT project Manager handling Front End Supply Chain, Sreekanth has been part of the HUL's SAP Program and was responsible for the implementation and rollout of the SAP Inventory Collaboration module to 3000+ distributors of HUL. He has also essayed roles managing systems for Materials Planning and Supplier Collaboration.
Sreekanth has Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Prior to her current role in Capgemini Consulting Maggie was responsible for Global Cloud Sales and Consulting at Fujitsu, where she successfully led the creation of their Cloud business (all regions ex Japan) and delivered a number of transformation programmes at Accenture. She has significant international experience, is an executive sponsor for Capgemini diversity@capgemini initiative and is on the Board of Digital Business Britain, a not for profit focused on the building the digital skills of the UK SME sector. She was shortlisted for the 2012 "Women in the City" award in recognition of her achievements.
Maggie holds both a Master of Letters and a BBS Lang in Business and French from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. She also holds a degree from the Grande Ecole de Commerce de Rouen, France. In her free time she is an avid cyclist and a novice horse-racing jockey. She also enjoys travel, wine and reading.

Dr. Bharat Bhasker is a Professor in the area of Information Technology & Systems, and has been with IIM Lucknow since 1996. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from University of Roorkee, Master's degree and Doctorate in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, USA. Prior to joining IIM Lucknow, He spent 11 years working in the leading research establishments in USA.
Dr. Bhasker spent seven years with Goddard Space Flight Center of NASA in leading research and research management positions. His research contributions in Heterogeneous distributed database management systems, Heterogeneous distributed information management, Information retrieval from mass repositories, and internet protocols won him a Research Productivity Award from the NASA in 1992.
Dr. Bhasker was member of the High Performance Computer and Communications (HPCC) initiative of the NASA that lead to the Information Superhighway project. He worked for four years with MDL Information Systems and Sybase Inc., California, USA and was the architect of the massively parallel DBMS, Sybase MPP. He also served as Visiting Professor of Information Systems, Business Management School, University of Maryland, University of California, and University of Texas, USA.
Dr. Bharat Bhasker has established the Internet Commerce Research Center to promote the Electronic Commerce research in India. The center also serves as resource center for the Indian Electronic Commerce Industry.
Dr. Bhasker has taught postgraduate courses in India and abroad and has published papers in the area of Distributed Database Management Systems, Internet Applications, and Multimedia Integration on Internet, Information Retrieval and Electronic Commerce.
